    • Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
  3. Cancellation by the Service Provider:

    • In the event that a service provider (e.g., airline, hotel, tour operator) cancels a booking, clients may be entitled to a full or partial refund, as determined by the service provider's policies.
    • The travel agency will assist clients in processing refunds from service providers to the extent possible.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original form of payment used for the booking.
    • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the service provider.
    • Clients will be notified of the status of their refund request once processed.
  5. Unused Services:

    • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of travel services, including but not limited to unused hotel nights, meals, activities, or transportation tickets.
  6. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • In cases of force majeure events or circumstances beyond the control of the client or the travel agency (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), refunds may be subject to the discretion of the service provider.
    • The travel agency will assist clients in exploring alternative options or negotiating refunds with service providers to the extent possible.
  7. Refund Policy Modifications:

    • The travel agency reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to clients through the travel agency's website, booking confirmations, or other relevant channels.

Clients are encouraged to review and understand the refund policy before making bookings with the travel agency. By booking travel services with us, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this refund policy.
